This policy explains what data QS Team (the qs-team.pro website and the @QSSEO_bot Telegram bot) collects, why we use it and how you can control it.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is QS Team. Data contact: Telegram @Dubovik_Olg.

2. What data we collect

— your name or nickname and Telegram contact;

— your answers in the form or bot: who you are, collaboration format, niche, traffic volume;

— information you share voluntarily: experience, GEOs, links to projects and case studies.

3. Why we use it

Only to review your application, contact you and discuss working together. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit an application on the website or in the bot. You can withdraw it at any time.

5. Who we share data with

To handle applications we use services that store data on our behalf: SendPulse (chatbot), Google Sheets (application tracking) and Telegram (contacting you). Only the QS Team staff responsible for selection can access applications.

6. How long we keep data

While your application is under review and while we work together. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. Message @Dubovik_Olg.
